Once again
Gray and gloomy
Darkened office
Bleak beige walls
Overcast skies
Ice covered lake
Godforsaken land
Reflects the gloom
No sign of bright
Nor sign of life
Visible
From the gray tower
I find myself
Locked away within
Soon enough
Life will return
Coupled with joy
With the growing sun
And warmer weather
But will it be
Soon enough
